STANDARD FEATURES

  • Heavy Duty Construction

  • Deck and Lip are 3/8" thick 55,000 lb. minimum yield steel tread plate

  • Full width hinge tubing and pin provide total load distribution

  • Rugged steel bump blocks with structural center support provide maximum impact resistance

  • 'BA' Series: Torsion Spring Adjustment

  • 'BX' Series: Extension Spring Mechanism

  • No special tools required - Lubricated hinge tubing

  • Reduced Maintenance

  • Service Range: ± 5" from dock height

  • Capacities: 20,000; 25,000; 30,000 & 35,000 lbs.

  • Available Widths: 'BA' & 'BX' - 66", 72", 'BA' Only - 78" & 84"

  • Simple pull-push of the lever bar automatically sets the leveler into place

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Raise bar from hanger to operate. Pull back and down on bar until unit locks in raised in position. Push bar forward to extend lip onto truck. Return bar to stored position while in use.
